Introducing a new product or offering is a can’t miss moment, and it needs to be tailored to the audience. Sometimes this takes the form of a short, engaging explainer, and sometimes it takes the form of an in-depth walk through of an offering.

EVENT RECORDING

Capturing content at an event is about much more than showing up with a competent camera team. We aim to build our capture plan and style to maximize the event, and how you build upon it after your guests fly home.

We pre-plan how we want to approach production at an event the same as any film shoot we take on, including a detailed pre-pro process that runs from Look & Feel all the way through day-of contingencies. The vision you have for the event and the outcomes you are looking for need to drive creative decisions. The style of capture, the questions we ask and the technical approach we take are engineered from there.
We will work with your event lead to ensure we understand the scheduled activities surrounding any given session so we can make informed recommendations about what to capture and how.
No matter what, we shoot with video deliverables in mind. Depending on the engagement we can turn around assets day of or later after the event for a customized website. Or both.
When want any engagements with guests to elevate their experience at the event and their opinion of you, and we will approach and engage them accordingly.
Event contingencies are a mission-critical part of our planning. We are not the team you will have the space to wait for on the day, and you won’t need to.

Glass and Marker prices our work on a project-by-project basis. We do this by evaluating the goals, needs, and potential budget for the project, building a custom quote, and using collaborative discussions in order to refine before finalizing an approved scope of work.

We have found this allows us to offer our clients the best value for their money because we’re able to make informed resourcing decisions and avoid any unnecessary spend. Additionally, budgeting for multiple events/projects at a time allows us to achieve further efficiencies through simultaneous workstreams and resourcing throughlines from project to project.

We’d be more than happy to build a quote for any anticipated future projects to demonstrate our process and provide transparency into our pricing approach.
